Culture Trickles Down!
Choose Leads was formed in 2012 after Jade Nash Bustorff-Silva, the founder, had finished a stint on the BBC Apprentice. She used the motivation of getting to the final of the show to set up Choose Leads and never looked back. Trevor Butler joined as a partner in 2017. What Jade lacked in technical and operational expertise Trevor added to the company and Choose Leads saw exponential growth.
The ethos of both owners, who actively work within the company is ‘Principles over profits & People over process’.
This ethos is embodied by the staff and when a client deals with any of the team they can tell that Choose Leads recommend what’s ‘right for the client’ not what’s ’best for Choose Lead’s bottom line’.
Over the years Choose Leads has worked on B2B and B2C data buying campaigns, planning and providing data for call centres, outbound teams and marketing departments across the UK, SA and India. We are confident to say the customer experience of our clients will be at the forefront of every interaction. Now moving more into AI lead generation we are in a new revolutionary period of lead generation and we are ‘here for it!’
Both Jade and Trevor have chosen to keep the company to a smaller, more boutique style agency with a view to keep the same ‘attention to detail’ with clients, which can get lost with some of the larger data agencies.
Over the years Choose Leads has also toyed with becoming a data owner and producer rather than an agency. This went against our ‘unbiased’ data supply style. Choose leads has always ‘only supplied and suggested’ what works. Having our own supply of leads would have lead to pushing a rhetoric of ‘we need to include this data feed’. This didn’t fit in line with our mission.
Choose leads can truly say we always align with our ethos and this isn’t deviated from!
We are only as good as our people, and our people are good, kind, experienced, solution focused and her dedicated. (And you can’t have them!) 😂
